SHA Men’s National League Climax

The current seasons SHA Men’s National League Division 1 title race has come down to the wire, with the 2013-14 champions Tryst 77 lying in second place, 2 points behind their closest rivals Glasgow HC. They have an inferior goal difference, having experienced their first defeat for some time at the hands of Edinburgh HC in what was yet another thrilling match. In a season that has served up some extremely closely contested fixtures, with the final score finishing 34 -30 to Edinburgh.
This result means that Glasgow HC, who remain the only unbeaten side in this seasons SHA Men’s league campaign will face their nearest rivals Tryst 77 in the league decider. It would only require a draw for Glasgow to be crowned this seasons league champions, whilst nothing but a win will suffice for Tryst 77 if they have the aspirations of retaining their title. The decider will take place at the Alistair McCoist Complex, East Kilbride on Saturday 25th April 2015. Make sure you don’t miss it, as it is shaping up to be to be a fantastic climax to this seasons League campaign.
